Baseball Autographs- What is their purpose?

Baseball autographs share a great part of my life. Over my about 3 years of autograph collecting, I have about 300 different players, coaches, Hall of Famers, and prospects' autographs. My best current player autograph is Clayton Kershaw, a pitcher for the Los Angeles Dodgers. The best coach autograph is Tony LaRussa, the former coach for the Oakland Athletics and the St. Louis Cardinals. My best Hall of Fame autograph is either Rollie Fingers or Bob Feller, both great pitchers back in their day (listen to me reminisce). Baseball autographs show my personality. It's who I am. I will list all my autographs that I've gotten from players over the years. Then, in my next post, I will explain how I got so many by a very clever method.
